(i) STAFF RECRUITMENT

With regards to staff recruitment and placement a company policy places a strong emphasis on the critical employer aspect like suitable relevant educational standard and experiences;

•    Registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) 

•    Regulatory Authorities 

•    Security Clearance (SAPS) 

•    Possession of Security Training Certificates 

All staff must be able to read, write and  communicate in English and other official languages that are commonly used in the area of operations. Management and supervisor must be able to read, write and understand mathematical figures and must be computer literate. All staffs uniformed in line with the image of clients (if required). All staff should undergo introduction.

All our security officers are fully trained vetted, uniformed and hold a PRISA certificate. They can be utilized as commercial officers to protect staff, stock and premises. Our approach is flexible you may also want to use us as a back facility, for when your existing staff are on holiday or sick or just as a temporary measure.

iii) Mobile Response

We operate a comprehensive range of key holding, mobile patrol and property inspection services 24hours a day 365days a year providing rapid response and local management support.

vii) Area Supervisors

Supervisors are responsible for communication of stuff rosters issuing of uniforms and equipment. This division pays site visit to make sure that guards are on duty and properly dressed.

viii) Induction

Onsite training and commencement of duty will take place three days prior to commencement of contract, at our cost, to prevent teething surprises.

Training will be on the following subject issues:

•    Access and Egress control of all visitors 

•    Regular patrolling of entire site 

•    Arrest procedures 

•    Document management 

•    All security personnel on duty are expected to report hourly to the central control office through their mobile radios etc
